Outside Water Energy Agent (OWEA)

OWEA is a valve fitted to the building’s water line on the hospital side of the meter. It is designed to steady water flow and pressure within the property’s plumbing and reduce unnecessary water use.

Hospitals use large amounts of water in laundry rooms, kitchens, cooling systems, and patient facilities. We review your water and sewer bills and the installation location to assess whether this option fits your property and to estimate the cost and potential savings.

Energy Agent Protection (EAP)

EAP is a protective treatment for heating and cooling equipment, including the metal coils that transfer heat. Moisture, salt, and other environmental conditions can corrode those coils and make equipment harder to maintain.

The treatment is designed to protect the metal surfaces while allowing the equipment to transfer heat and move air. For hospitals, the aim is to help preserve equipment performance and reduce corrosion-related maintenance and premature replacement.

Interior Water Energy Agent (IWEA)

IWEA covers water treatment and filtration options for hospitals and clinical facilities. Different systems serve different purposes, from preparing water for sterilization equipment to supporting laboratories, boilers, and laundry services.
