CALL US
BEAP is a supply-side energy procurement program for commercial properties available through licensed agents in deregulated electricity and natural gas markets.
Residential properties CLICK HERE.
It does not involve equipment, installation, construction, or complicated ROI projections. After three decades of rising energy costs, securing the best available utility rate has become more important than ever for businesses trying to protect their budgets from inflation and market volatility.
Through BEAP — the Billing Energy Agent Program — businesses can receive competitive bids for fixed electricity and natural gas rates without obligation, fees, or in-person appointments. All we need is a recent utility bill to provide a real, accurate rate option tailored to your account.
Let us do the hard work of comparing supplier offers and helping negotiate your energy contract, so your business can save time, reduce uncertainty, and avoid overpaying.
Important: Rates expire daily at 5 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, with the market. Energy Agent cannot control market movement or rate availability.

Where is COMMERCIAL BEAP (deregulation) provided?

BEAP (Billing Energy Agent Program) helps businesses in deregulated electricity and natural gas markets secure fixed energy supply rates to lower utility costs and reduce exposure to rising energy prices. BEAP is a supply-side procurement program — no equipment, no installation, and no ROI projections — with pricing tied directly to real energy markets.
👉 [View the map of eligible deregulated states]
(Some states offer electricity and natural gas deregulation; others offer one or the other.)
If your business is not located in a deregulated state, Energy Agent offers other utility-saving solutions available nationwide, including power optimization, water optimization, infrastructure protection, and integrated energy programs (such as OTEA, OWEA, EAP, HEAT, and EARTH), with solar options also available in select states.
How much does it cost?
There is no cost to the customer. No monthly subscription, no installation fees, and no appointments required. There is no investment — therefore, no ROI calculation. Energy Agent is compensated by the utility supplier, not the customer. For facilities with significant utility demand, the value is straightforward and immediately visible on the utility bill.
What if my electric bill and gas bill are separate?
We can do both. Be sure to see the map. Some states offer deregulation for both, some just one or the other, some none at all.
How Do I Save on My Property's utility bill?
With BEAP (the Deregulation Program), you save in three key ways — averaging 10% to 20% in total savings:
-
Negotiated Lower Rate – Access exclusive, pre-negotiated energy rates below standard utility pricing.
-
Rate Stability – Your rate remains locked in, even as energy prices continue to rise surpassing the rate of rising inflation.
-
Fixed Supply Rate – You’re protected from the fluctuating utility charges tied to peak and off-peak times. (Note: other utility-imposed fees may still apply).
Quick Overview
Cut Your Energy Costs. Lock Predictability. Save with Dave.

Energy rates have doubled since 2000.
-
AI, data centers, and rising demand are pushing rates higher every year.
-

-
Energy Agent, powered by PEM, levels the playing field:
-
No installations.
-
No upfront costs.
-
No gimmicks.
-
No in person appointment needed to get a quote at your property.
-
-
Proprietary calculator shows estimated projected savings before you commit.
The Pain Point
Let’s face it: opening your power bill isn’t fun.
-
Rates fluctuate daily and have been trending upward for 30 years.
-
If you could have paid the price for a gallon of gas you did 30 years ago today; would you?
-
Contracts are confusing.
-
Hidden fees sneak in.
-
Introductory rates spike.
-
Not all states offer deregulation, but we do offer other options in all 50 states.
Quick history lesson:
-
2000: 8–9¢ per kWh.
-
2025: 16–18¢ per kWh.
-
That’s double for you mathematically challenged.
-
And if you’re in California? You have to literally win the energy lottery (not a joke) to get D-Reg pricing; but we have several other products which you may be interested in featured on our home page with more in the works.
-
By 2028, data centers alone could eat up 12% of U.S. electricity. Translation: rates aren’t going down.
The Solution (How BEAP Helps)
We give you choice. Deregulation allows suppliers to compete for your business.
Here’s what we do:
-
Shop competitive suppliers so you’re not stuck with default rates.
-
Negotiate contracts that protect you from hidden fees and penalties.
-
Lock in multi-year savings that is 1, 3, or 5 years typically.
-
Monitor and advise long after the ink dries.
Think of us as your energy pit crew aka Energy Agent. You race, we tune the engine.
What if its not in my state?
Energy Agent offers additional ways to Save with Dave through other EA programs available in all 50 states. These solutions use modern energy-saving technology to reduce electric costs for both commercial and residential customers. Unlike BEAP, these options do require installation as they are products. Commercial installations require a discovery call and your latest utility statement. Permits may be required depending on location and local regulations but more often are not.
What if I want to add solar later?
That's great too. Click here to inquire about solar. Why not save more? This is NOT rocket science.
What if I already have solar?
This is completely fine. The will lower your bill further. Some people have been known to receive checks.
What if you can't find a better rate?
We simply tell you, sorry we can't find you anything better right now and you go on your way OR you take a locked in rate for up to 5 years. Its peace of mind. Sometimes there are no options available. Your only loss is going to be not checking it out. Again, this is not rocket-science.
Do you have financing?
No, we don't for BEAP because there is nothing you have to finance - A NO BRAINER!!
How fast can I start?
If its before the 15th of the month; then we can start on the 1st of the next month (about 3 to 4 weeks). If its after the 15th of the month, then it will start the 1st of the next month (about 4 to 6 weeks). We can lock in your rate today with contract in hand once we get a copy of your bill (so we know we can beat it). Offers expired daily at 5pm EST with the market Monday to Friday.
Can we plan to start in 6 months when my old term (rare) expires, lease doesn't start, etc?
Yes!!! Regardless of the reason you can lock in your rate now and start contracts for up to 2 years in advance, but why not start saving now IF you don't have reason not to???
How long are the terms?
They are typically 1 to 5 years. The most savings will obviously be 5 year plans.
