This ensures we can confirm eligibility, identify rate structures, and calculate how much we can actually lower your costs. We’ll contact you after reviewing your information. Depending on your service type, we’ll schedule either a virtual appointment (phone or Zoom) or an on-site visit (for commercial projects that require physical inspection). Many scenarios can be handled entirely online (ie BEAP). The bill is needed to see where you are at now so we know we are saving you money or can save you money. We don't want to pay your bill, but the savings we bring you will.​​​
