 Partner Application

Contractors • Suppliers • Independent Resale

Energy Agent works with licensed professionals and established companies to deliver practical, scalable energy-efficiency solutions across residential, commercial, and institutional environments.

This page explains who we work with, how partnership works, and the required next step to get started.

There is no cost to register and no obligation to participate. If you are looking to join the sales team or start your own click here.

Who We Work With

Energy Agent partners with professional, compliant businesses, including:

  • Licensed contractors and installers

  • Approved suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors

  • Established companies seeking access to approved products for resale

Our partners value quality execution, clear commercial terms, and long-term performance.

How Partnership Works

Energy Agent operates a flexible, multi-lane partner model.
Each engagement is structured based on role, scope, and project requirements.

A. Contractor / Installer Partners

Designed for licensed professionals who install, service, or maintain systems in the field.

How it works:

  • Contractors may install on Energy Agent-led projects or introduce approved solutions to clients they already serve

  • Energy Agent provides access to vetted products, program structure, and optional backend coordination

  • Some partners choose to operate independently, while others elect to utilize centralized contracting, procurement, and payment infrastructure

  • Commercial terms vary by role, program, and structure and are defined under the partner agreement

Best fit if you are:

  • A licensed electrician, HVAC professional, plumber, solar installer, or general contractor

  • Interested in adding energy-focused upgrades without inventory

  • Looking for flexibility in how projects are structured and supported

                  Flexible Engagement Models

Contractor partners may choose the engagement structure that best fits their business:

                       1. Direct Engagements — contractors manage client relationships and installations                                                            independently under agreed commercial terms

                       2. Platform-Supported Engagements — contractors focus on installation while centralized                                                systems handle procurement, contracts, coordination, and payments

Both approaches are supported. The appropriate structure is determined during onboarding or on a project-by-project basis. Contractor partners typically support residential and small-to-mid commercial projects. Larger or multi-location deployments may be structured differently based on project scope.

B. Supplier / Manufacturer Partners

Designed for approved suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers providing products or services within Energy Agent programs.

How it works:

  • Products are reviewed and vetted for technical, commercial, and compliance fit

  • Approved offerings are aligned with specific programs or solution categories

  • Purchasing, pricing, and fulfillment are governed by separate supplier agreements

  • Supplier partners do not participate in installation or contractor compensation

Best fit if you:

  • Manufacture or distribute proven energy-related products

  • Prefer structured access to projects over direct installation

  • Operate under wholesale or procurement models

C. Independent Resale Partners

Designed for established businesses that wish to purchase approved products for resale under their own business terms.

How it works:

  • Products are purchased under a standalone resale or wholesale agreement

  • Resale partners manage their own pricing, marketing, and customer relationships

  • Installation, if required, is handled independently or through the reseller’s network

  • This path does not include contractor compensation structures

  • Representation of Energy Agent is not permitted unless expressly approved in writing

Best fit if you:

  • Already sell into residential or commercial markets

  • Have existing customer demand and sales capability

  • Want product access without installation or platform involvement

Program Categories

Energy Agent offerings are dynamic by design, allowing partners to grow alongside the platform as new solutions are introduced. Energy Agent organizes its offerings into internal solution categories that continue to evolve and expand as new technologies, manufacturers, and programs are added.

Current categories may include (not limited to):

EAP • OTEA • OWEA • HEAP • SEAP • EARTH

access them all here OR click here for a brief summary on a few

These categories represent solution groupings and manufacturing relationships.
Availability, eligibility, and scope may change over time based on partner role, licensing, experience, and approval.
Rather than listing every update publicly, partners receive ongoing program access and updates through the Energy Agent platform after registration.

Who We Work With (Project Types)

Our clients and projects span a wide range of industries because we all use power. These include:

  • Nationally recognized stadiums

  • Major waterparks and entertainment venues, car wash chains

  • Brand-name hotel groups

  • Fast-food and grocery chains

  • Manufacturing and industrial facilities, data centers

  • Hospitals and institutional properties

This is an active operating platform built on licensed professionals, proven technologies, and long-term partnerships.

Commercial & Institutional Projects

All commercial, multi-location, or institutional pricing is issued through Energy Agent corporate until a partner is fully authorized and trained.

Partners may assist by:

  • Gathering site details, utility bills, or photos

  • Participating in walkthroughs or coordination calls

  • Supporting local or regional rollouts

Some projects require centralized engineering, scheduling, or single-point accountability. In these cases, delivery may be structured through specialized execution partners to ensure performance, compliance, and scalability.

Backend Platform, Training & Updates

Approved partners are onboarded into Energy Agent’s centralized platform, which serves as the primary hub for:

  • Program updates and new solution rollouts

  • Training videos and technical resources

  • Marketing materials and partner-ready assets

  • Payment tracking and coordination

  • Ongoing operational support

Energy Agent hosts a weekly program update call at 1:00 PM Eastern Time.
Attendance is optional, and recordings are always available inside the platform for on-demand viewing.

Partners may engage live or review updates on their own schedule.
The platform is designed to ensure partners stay current without requiring real-time participation.

Future Growth

Additional divisions and solution categories are currently in development.
Qualified partners may expand into new programs over time, based on licensing, experience, and operational fit.

Note on Program Names

Program names such as EAP, OTEA, OWEA, HEAP, SEAP, and EARTH are internal designations used to organize solution categories and manufacturing relationships.

Contractors may qualify for one or multiple programs depending on scope, credentials, and experience.

EXPLANATION OF WHAT POWER OPTIMIZATION & CORRECTION MEANS

What Power Optimization Really Means

Power optimization is the process of cleaning, stabilizing, and conditioning electricity before it moves through a building’s electrical system.

In most commercial and industrial facilities, incoming power is not “clean.” It contains harmonic distortion, voltage fluctuations, electrical noise, and inefficiencies created by modern equipment such as motors, compressors, variable-frequency drives (VFDs), IT hardware, and LED lighting.

OTEA addresses these issues at the electrical infrastructure level, improving how power is delivered and used—without changing how your equipment operates.

Power Correction at the Source

OTEA continuously corrects power quality issues in real time by:

  • Reducing harmonic distortion that wastes energy and stresses equipment

  • Stabilizing voltage to prevent over- and under-voltage conditions

  • Balancing electrical flow to improve efficiency across loads

  • Filtering electrical noise that degrades sensitive electronics

Think of it as an oil filter for electricity—removing the contaminants that cause wear, inefficiency, and failure.
