When is this needed?

All installers must be licensed or be working underneath or through a licensed company for the following:

• solar

• optimizer

• solar battery

• attic fan installs

• blankets (none needed)
   

COMMERCIAL PERMITS
A valid license is required to obtain a commercial installation permit. This applies to all commercial projects without exception.

RESIDENTIAL PERMITS
Permit requirements for residential installations vary by product, jurisdiction or municipality. Please verify local regulations to determine when a permit is necessary, and ensure the property owner is informed. Some products are different than others.

WHO PAYS FOR THE PERMIT?

The property owner pays for it. Be sure to include it in on top of the product & installation fees.
